📋Overview
Benefits lets users update their profile image by opening the camera and taking a new photo, and may allow selecting images from the device. This access is always user-initiated — we do not capture photos or videos in the background.
🔒Data We Process
Account Data
Email, UID, and authentication information via Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In.
Profile Photos & Media
Profile photos and media you choose to upload, stored in Firebase Storage and referenced in Firestore/Realtime Database if applicable.
Notification Tokens
Push notification tokens to deliver app notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Diagnostics Data
Crash logs, performance metrics, and diagnostic information through Firebase services.
⚡How We Use Data
- Provide core features including profile image management, attachments, messaging, and notifications.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the application experience.
🔗Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Firestore/Realtime Database, and Storage). If in-app payments are enabled, we may also use Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver app functionality.
🔐App Permissions
Camera Access
Allows you to take a new profile photo. Access is initiated by you when you choose to update your profile picture.
Photos/Media Access
Lets you select a photo from your library if you choose. On newer Android versions, the system Photo Picker is used for enhanced privacy.
Notifications
Enables delivery of app notifications. You can disable this in your device's system settings at any time.
Network Access
Required to connect to backend services and sync your data securely.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

- You can choose whether to take a photo or select one from your device - this is always your decision.
- You can revoke camera/media or notification permissions at any time in Android settings. Some features may stop working without these permissions.
